Comments: Prompt, clean, efficient, proactive and customer focused. This week we started our weekly pool service with them. When they found out the problem they will contact you immediately and leave the decision on you. The only thing that need a bit improvement is on customer service. It's very difficult to get in touch, unless they call you back after you left the message. It can leave misunderstanding if not solved quickly. The pool after service was very clean and they leave the door hanging tag completed with what they did to the pool. I hope this company can continue providing excellent service to their customers, so I have to look and review they performance every 3 months. At this time I was very happy with them.

They did a full remodel of our pool and turned it from old to awesome while making the process virtually painless. WORK DONE: - added a completed in-ground spa, replaced all tile, replaced all equipment and resurfaced. We could not be more happy with the result, this company and the owners. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Comments: i hired Blue Water pool service about a year ago. They are nice, trustworthy and if I've ever had an issue, they are out to fix the problem that day. Overall their service is very good- only thing that could be better (and this is just my opinion) is if the same person came every week.

Comments: Ericka & Juan are awesome. If I have any kind of issue, they come right out. They've replaced my pool controls & do my maintenance every week. If there are any issues, Ericka calls me right away. they also help you price out parts, as new controllers can be expensive. They gave me options, and let me decide on the best action, not just gave me a price for one item. They've been great, and I would highly recommend them!

HE PUT BACK TOP OF VINYL (6" LONG & PROJECTING 1" ) BACK IN THE CATCHMENT RING ON TOP..HE & HIS WIFE, BOTH ARE COURTEOUS.I WILL RECOMMEND HIM.
